States Win works to flip Republican-held state chambers, hold fragile Democratic majorities and make blue inroads in badly gerrymandered states.
We organize to win governing power in the states because state legislatures are where abortion access, LGBTQ+ rights, climate action, and workers’ protections are won or blocked — all while building a deeper bench of future leaders at the state and national level
Our team brings folks together from all over Chicagoland and is a proud anchor team of the nationwide States Win effort.

What We Do
As part of a nationwide team of volunteers supported by an experienced staff at States Win HQ, we can offer progressive candidates our time, talent and resources to help them get elected.

A typical day includes warm-up games, skill-building drills, sport-specific training, team challenges, and fun group activities. There are also scheduled breaks for snacks, lunch, and rest. Each day balances structure with plenty of active play.
